Product Description
The auto injection blowing machine is specially designed for polycarbonate PC infant bottles, baby bottles & PE, PP, PS, SAN cosmetic container/jars & pharmaceutical bottles/container ranged from 2 ml to 200ml.
Features of injection blow molding machine:
1. Using hot runner system and high-pressure injection, assure the accuracy of mouth, neck and thread.
2. No half line and wasted material occur at the mouth or bottom of the bottle products, which saves raw material, meanwhile with the features of uniform structure and smooth surface.
3. IBM machine combines injection process and blow process in continuously molding steps, which assures the fine bottle products with uniform wall thickness, precise molded neck tolerances, glossy finishes, furthermore, without any trimming of the neck or bottom.
4. Automatic products ejection, automatic flame treatment and automatic counting devices make sure products not to be polluted, to reach up the health requirement of food and pharmaceutical industry.
